Ciarra Sotto - Hindi naging Green Card

I do not know what alibi Ciara Sotto is saying about her failure to get the green card. She said that she did not stay for a certain period to get the immigrant visa.
There is no such requirement except for ctiizenship or was she just misquoted.

If she applied for an employment-based green-card then she got to stay there until the green card is approved. There is no certain period for that except that she has to have a valid work authorization. I am sure, it is not a family-based petition since her parents are Filipino citizens.
