Maricel likes to settle the case with the helpers out of court

MANILA, Philippines - The camp of Maricel Soriano has reached out to the 2 household workers who filed an abuse complaint against the actress.
Complainants May Cachuela and Camille Acojedo said Soriano's assistant Inday Castillo called them last July 1 offering to settle the dispute.
"Noong July 1 pa lang po, yon tumawag sa amin si Inday. Ang sabi ay kung pwedeng pag-usapan na lang po natin," Cachuela told reporters after the first barangay hearing conducted at Barangay Poblacion, Makati on Wednesday.
The first hearing was snubbed by the actress, who requested that the hearing be rescheduled.
Cachuela said Soriano's camp wants an end to the issue.
"Sabi nila, pag-usapan ang kaso para daw po matapos na," she added.
The complainants said they just want Soriano to apologize.
