Kim Chiu slapped Bugoy Drilon

No, Kim Chiu is not punishing or is mad with Bugoy. She was just carried away by her acting when she reenacted a scene from
Dolzura Cortez Story.

She does not know yet if she will be picked for the remake of the Vilma Santos film about a Filipina who was afflicted with AIDS.

Here is the news:

Young actress Kim Chiu admitted to have slapped singer Bugoy Drilon a tad harder than necessary while they were re-enacting a scene from the Vilma Santos film, “Dahil Mahal Kita: The Dolzura Cortez Story.”

The re-enactment happened in Dolphy Theater inside ABS-CBN in front of Santos. It was in lieu of a planned TV remake of the award-winning movie about the first Filipina to publicly admit that she has AIDS.

Although Kim is yet to be picked for the remake, the actress was asked if she will use the project to move away from her tandem with Gerald Anderson who is said to be interested in working with another actress, Erich Gonzalez.

“Basta, ako, idol ko si Gerald. I am his number one fan,” said Kim.
