Ballsy Aquino-Cruz, eldest sister of President Benigno Aquino III, said that she is still hopeful that his brother and celebrity stylist Liz Uy will remain friends even though they have reportedly stopped dating.
“She's [Liz] such a nice person, very nice. And maski hindi sila magkatuluyan, I hope maging malapit pa rin siya sa pamilya, tutulungan pa rin niya sa pags-style si Kris at si Noy," Aquino-Cruz said.
Sources close to Aquino and Uy told ABS-CBN News on Thursday the president has not been successful in winning the celebrity stylist’s heart--at least, not yet.
The president’s sister admitted, however, that it is only through media reports that she gets updates on his brother’s love life.
She said the last time she was able to talk to the president was Thursday (Nov. 25) before his brother left for Baguio.
