Ruffa Gutierrez denied that she spread the rumor about Shaina and John Lloyd

Binibintangan naman si Ruffa Gutierrez na siya ang nagkalat sa tsismis tungkol kina Shaina at ang dati niyang boyfriend na si John Lloyd Cruz.

MANILA, Phiilippines - Actress-TV host Ruffa Gutierrez insists that accusations pointing towards her as the main source of the malicious gossip concerning Shaina Magdayao and John Lloyd Cruz are all lies.
Guiterrez refuted the issue—which was used as a headline by a tabloid—in yesterday’s episode of “Paparazzi,” a showbiz talk show she hosts.
“Napa-‘Oh my gosh’ na lang ako [when I read it],’” she said. “ I couldn’t do that [spread malicious rumors], syempre.”
Gutierrez is supposed to have done so to get back at Cruz, with whom she had a short-lived love affair right before he got into a relationship with Magdayao.
Gutierrez claims she remains cordial with Cruz.
“I’ve no reason to do that…actually, not many know this but John Lloyd and I are very much okay as friends,” she maintained.

According to Gutierrez, she learned only about the issue from co-hosts Cristy Fermin and Mo Twister.
Both concurred.
“Napag-usapan kasi namin ito ni Mo at narinig niya [Guiterrez]. Tinanong niya lang kami at duon niya rin lang nalaman,” Fermin said.
Gutierrez said she also sent a message via mobile phone to Cruz to confirm the rumor.
