Movie queen Amalia Fuentes’ estranged husband Joey Stevens called up Inquirer Entertainment to clarify a few issues.
•That he’s only 71, not 75. He showed us an ID that stated his birth date, May 4, 1935.
•That he never said “Angie,” during a previous interview, but “Etchie or Tetchie Garcia.”
•That he referred to “Etchie” all throughout—particularly when he mentioned “the fling.” He apologized to “all families involved.”
Still livid
“He is 75!” Amalia insisted. “Anyway, if he was born in May 1935, then he’s 72. [And] why should he apologize to anyone else? I was the only one he hurt!”
