Amidst the rumor that Dolphy is dying, Zia, the daughter of Dolphy to Zsazsa declared that the Comedy King is doing well.

MANILA, Philippines - Zia Quizon, the daughter of Comedy King Dolphy and singer-actress Zsa Zsa Padilla, has refuted notions that her father is getting weaker by the day following reports that he was supposedly confined in an ICU (intensive-care unit) of an unnamed hospital recently.
Zia told PEP that Dolphy is “doing well, he just got home" and that "he’s taking it easy.”
The budding singer added that his father will continue resting through the holidays. “Kasi during the holidays talaga gusto niyang mag-enjoy na kasama niya ang pamilya niya so we are all spending a lot of time with him,” she said.
Zia remains upbeat about the whole matter inasmuch as she also believes that family bonding, as is usual this Christmas, augurs well for Dolphy's health. “Mas naeenganyo siya, mas bumubuti ang health niya when we're around him especially during Christmas time,” she explained.
