Soriano plays the central character, Eden, in this dramedy about a family’s journey from the trouble-free country to the crisis-filled city. Eden has chosen to take care of seven kids, six of whom she adopted. Complications arise with the family’s transfer, prompting several tearful separations. “The role mirrors my real life because I have an adopted son and a biological son. I can relate to a mother’s great capacity to love,” Soriano said.
