The Comedy Concert Queen described, in an interview, her new man as a car company executive 20 years her junior, and a Bong Revilla, Jr. look-alike.
Asked if she sees a deeper relationship blossoming between them anytime soon, Ai Ai told "The Buzz" on Feb. 26, "Tingnan natin kasi 'di ba, hindi naman natin alam ang buhay. Pero siyempre maganda kung meron kasi 'di ba, maiksi lang ang buhay. Kailangan maging masaya tayo."
The award-winning actress was caught off guard when "Buzz" host Charlene Gonzales egged her on to reveal the identity of her special someone.

Star Cinema's comedy film, Ang Tanging Ina Mo (Last Na 'To!), bagged the most number of awards in tonight's ceremonies held at the Meralco Theater.

The third and said-to-be last installment of this comedy franchise from Star Cinema took home a total of nine awards, including Best Picture and Best Director for Wenn Deramas.

Deramas won against Mike Tuviera (Super Inday and the Golden Bibe) and Luis Suarez (RPG: Metanoia).

The comedians also dominated the acting awards.

Ang Tanging Ina Mo's lead star, Ai-Ai delas Alas, got her wish when she was named Best Actress for her portrayal of a single mother to more than a dozen children. Ai-Ai was very vocal in saying during interviews that she wants to win the best-actress trophy.

At last, the movie of Aiai delas Alas and the ex-President Erap Estrada is reportedly going to be started soon. It had already been one year when Erap, announced this project where he wanted AiAi to be the leading lady.

Ai-Ai delas Alas was absent from her morning show because she was rushed to the hospital.

Actress-comedienne Ai-Ai delas Alas was rushed to a hospital in Quezon City after she complained of stomach pain.

In a phone interview on her morning show "Ruffa & Ai," delas Alas told co-host Ruffa Gutierrez that she is confined to the Far Eastern University Hospital.

"May lagnat ako and 'yong dati kong sakit sa tiyan and stress," she said.

Delas Alas said her doctors are closely monitoring her food intake.

"Hindi masyadong pwedeng (kumain). Pero 'yong fruits, pwede, huwag lang masyadong acidic," she said.

The actress-host just came back from her trip abroad. She said she believes that the raw foods she ate in Japan might have triggered her stomach ache.

"Actually sa Japan may sakit na ako tapos pagbalik ko dito mayroon na. Pumasok ako kahapon kasi parang okay ako pero hindi naman pala," delas Alas said.

Charlene Gonzales is temporarily replacing delas Alas on “Ruffa and Ai.”

"Natutuwa naman ako kasi kasing ganda ko 'yong pinalit sa akin," she said in jest.

"Ang Tanging Ina" star said that by Thursday she might return to work.

Meanwhile, Gonzales said she is thrilled to be a guest host of the morning show.

"Masaya ako kasi nandito na naman ako sa ABS-CBN. Alam mo kahit sa guesting lang ay nandito pa din ako at todo pa din ang aking suporta sa aking Kapamilya. Masayang masaya ako," Gonzales said.

Since she broke up with Yilmaz Bektas, Ruffa Gutierrez hasn’t been seen (that is, caught on camera) with a “most probable” date — until three weeks ago, that is.

According to Funfare’s Agent Olca, Ruffa was introduced by a mutual friend to a dashing 6’2" Polish-Persian-American named John Faizad who got so smitten with Ruffa that he followed her to L.A. John, 30, is said to be working in an entertainment- consulting firm. Like Ruffa, he just got out of a seven-year “committed” relationship and is, well, “searching.” During a dinner with friends at Sky Car on Sunset Boulevard in L.A., John was “over-protective” toward Ruffa.

But in an interview with Funfare yesterday for her and Ai-Ai delas Alas’ new daily show on ABS-CBN, Ruffa & Ai (which premieres on Monday, Feb. 16, 10:15 a.m., Ruffa insisted that she is “loveless” (while the divorce case between her and Yilmaz is pending).

Ai-ai delas Alas Threatened to Sue to Convenience Store

What is the truth and what is not? Mothers will always protect their children from harm and embarrassment.

So Ai-ai delas Alas whose son was alleged to be mishandled by the management of a convenience store is going to sue the cashier who accused his son of shoplifting.

Here is the news:

The Comedy Concert Queen was not laughing when she appeared on The Buzz yesterday, January 6, to answer questions with regards to the alleged shoplifting of her eldest son, Sancho in a convenience store in P. Noval Street. As a matter of fact, a somber Ai Ai faced the camera and later broke into sobs as the actress expressed her sentiments to her son’s rescue.
Her eldest, Sancho was accused of taking two rolls of candies and allegedly put it into his pocket and failed to pay for them.
The store’s cashier supposedly pulled the kid’s collar and dragged him to the establishment’s storage room and have interrogated and intimidated him to admit of his alleged crime.
But a serious Ai Ai said with conviction that the accusation on her son was false.
TheBuzz“Alam ko ang totoo, kilala ko ang anak ko,” sobbed Ai Ai. “Pinalaki ko sila sa pagmamahal, may takot sa Diyos, hindi sinungaling at higit sa lahat, pinalaki ko silang hindi magnanakaw.”
The store manager in his message, coerced Ai Ai to search for the truth because in the end, she might be asking for an apology.
“Ikaw sana, alamin mo ang totoo, kilala ko ang anak ko,” defied Ai Ai as response to the statement. “Baka ikaw pa ang mag-sorry sa akin.”
The store manager said that the reports that have been coming out in the newspapers are entirely the opposite of the real story.
