1973- Aking Maria Clara-Nora Aunor, Paolo Romero

In 1974, she did a movie with Walter Navarro, Somewhere Over the Rainbow

In the same year, she had three leading men in the movie. Fe, Esperanza, Caridad.


One was Dindo Fernando, a former Sampaguita movie actor. he became a  a fine actor and leading man on the big screen. On TV, he was best known as Major Leo Alicante, Flordeluna’s father. He died of stroke.

The other leading man was Jay Ilagan.

and Ronaldo Valdez, the father of Janno Gibbs.

After she paired with other leading men, she was back to Tirso Cruz III in the movie, Memories of Our Love in 1975

In 1975, she made a sequel of Rose and Lollipops with Victor Laurel entitled Lollipops and Roses and Burong Talangka

Dolphy and Jay Ilagan

1975 Kaming Matatapang ang Apog- Dolphy, Nora Aunor, Jay Ilagan.

Dolphy is the Comedy King who has outlived all other comedians. He is the domestic partner of ZsaZsa Padilla. He has a son with Alma Moreno, another popular actress and with other women.

1975 Hello, Goodnight, Goodbye- a trilogy starring Nora Aunor in the first part with Rita Gomez and Ramil Rodriguez. It also starred Hilda Koronel with Charlie Davao and Christopher de Leon with Tina Revilla.

1975 was the year when she paired with Christopher de Leon, her husband and the father of Ian de Leon.

Banaue featured Nora Aunor and her other leading men.

1. Christopher de Leon, the sister of Pinky de Leon and son of Director Gil de Leon and actress Lilia Dizon.

2. Johnny Delgado - was the son of a director and the husband of director /actress Laurice Guillen. He died of cancer.
