Kris explained about the serving of papers to James

 Kris Aquino said that it is the Makati Regional court's responsibility to serve the papers to James Yap after he was officially declared as MVP of the Season.

MANILA, Philippines - Kris Aquino said Thursday she had nothing to do with the serving of papers to her estranged husband James Yap by court officials last Wednesday.
Aquino, in an interview with Showbiz News Ngayon, said that it was the duty of the sheriff of the Makati Regional Trial Court (RTC), to serve Yap the papers on her petition seeking to annul their marriage.
"Trabaho 'yon ng korte eh. Sherriff ang nandoon, hindi ako. Wala akong kinalaman doon kasi nasa Makati Regional Trial Court naihain na ang mga papeles noong Lunes. Ginagampanan lang nila ang duty nila na i-serve iyong papeles," she said.
She also said that it was best for her to keep quiet on the annulment issue.
"Mas maganda siguro na iwan na natin ito sa korte," she said.
