DOJ binasura ang kaso ni Richard Gutierrez against PEP

Lack of probable cause ang dahilan ng pagkabasura sa kasong isinampa ni Richard Gutierrez sa PEP.

Maalala na nagsampa ng kaso si Richard dahil sa balitang binawi naman agad ng PEP tungkol sa kaguluhan at sa alleged na dalang baril ni Richard sa isang night club.

Philippine Entertainment Portal has won its fight against a libel suit filed by actor Richard Gutierrez. The Department of Justice (DOJ) dismissed the case for "lack of probable cause."
