John Lloyd Cruz talked to Ruffa Gutierrez' Parents

I would like to believe that John Lloyd Cruz had dinner with Annabelle Rama and Eddie Gutierrez not to ask the permission to court their daughter but to assure the parents that the gossip is not true.

For weeks now, the tabloid story about the May -December Affair had been hogging the front pages especially when Ruffa left her parents' abode.

John Lloyd who is known for his being gentleman kinda met the parents to say that there is nothing between their daughter and he.

Accroding to him.

"Remember, sabi ko sa inyo, I was planning to talk to Tita Annabelle in private? So, yun," paalala ni John Lloyd.

Kumusta naman ang naging pag-uusap nila?


"Okey naman, wala namang masyadong usap na nangyari," sagot ng aktor. "Very casual dinner, kuwentuhan lang about things na siyempre, work-related. Pero nothing really personal. Siyempre, sila Tita Annabelle naman and si Tito Eddie, parang nirerespeto naman siguro nila yung... Ayokong sabihin na may edad, pero parang yun."


"Wala naman... Wala namang gaanong sinabi... Anyway, jokingly, noong paalis na kami, 'Totoo ba talaga ang balita? Kayo ba talaga ng anak ko?' Natawa na lang sa kanya. Tapos sabi ko, 'Hindi po, hindi po.' Kaya sabi ko kay Ruffa, 'Mommy mo, tinatanong ako.' Ganoon lang."
