Sharon Cuneta explained that she has previous commitment on that day but because she loves the birthday celebrant, she decided to come and greet her explaining that she would not stay long.
So when Gabby Concepcion's arrival was announced, she found that as an opportunity to leave.
She did not want the press to make their meeting a circus.
"'Tapos, ganun na nga. May nakapagsabing dumating na siya [Gabby], and so I decided na rin to leave dahil, again, may pupuntahan akong taping, plus ‘tapos na rin yung pagkanta ni Piolo. Nag-enjoy naman kami ni Ate Vi [Vilma Santos], at nabati na namin si Nanay Cristy. Huwag na tayong mag-emote pa. For sure kasi ay para na namang piyesta yung issue kaya ako na ang nagkusang umalis," paliwanag ni Sharon.
She admitted that she is avoiding to talk about her former husband.
When she was asked what if Gabby Concepcion decided to watch the concert, she pleaded that no one should ever think that as a surprise.
She rather talked about her plan to make movies with Vilma Santos, Aga Muhlach, Richard Gomez and Robin Padilla.
