May intiga na naman ang mag-inang Ruffa Gutierrez atAnnabelle Rama dahil sa isnabang nangyari kay Lani at Ruffa. Hinahamon ng away ni Annabelle sina Ogie Diaz at Lolit Solis.

A fuming Annabelle Rama challenged talent manager and entertainment writer Lolit Solis along with showbiz writer and "Umagang Kay Ganda" host Ogie Diaz to fisticuffs for their "disrespectful" comments against her children.
Rama is the mother of actress, model and 1993 Miss World Second Princess Ruffa Gutierrez and actor and model Richard Gutierrez.
Rama was angered by comments made by Solis and Diaz in their newspaper columns and radio shows following a snubbing incident between Ruffa and Lani Mercado, the wife of Senator Ramon "Bong" Revilla, Jr.
Earlier reports said Ruffa and Lani both attended the birthday celebration of GMA-7 executive Wilma Galvante and that Ruffa came up to Lani and tried to greet her with a buss on the cheek.
Just as Ruffa was bending over toward Lani, the latter turned away. As a result, Ruffa was left kissing the air. The beauty queen even joked about the incident on Sunday on ABS-CBN's The Buzz, where she is one of the hosts.
"My pretty, perfect pouty lips [were] left hanging on air," she quipped, laughing.
The matter would have ended as just another embarrassing showbiz faux pax but then Solis and Diaz reminded the public about an alleged affair between Bong Revilla and Ruffa.
Past affair
In his column "Dakila" in The People's Tonight on March 5, Diaz wrote: "Ngayon nagre-react sila dahil inisnab daw ni Lani si Ruffa, nalaman ngayon ng mga tao na may nakaraan pala sila Ruffa at Bong."
(Because of their reaction over Lani's snub of Ruffa, people were reminded that Ruffa and Bong had a past affair.)
Rama said that the comments made by Diaz and Solis are uncalled for and show how much they disrespect the Gutierrez family.
"Hindi ko maintindihan bakit sobra-sobra ang reaksyon mo sa pagtira sa anak ko. Lolit nakalimutan mo na ba kung saan ka galing? Dati katulong ka ni Mother Lily, hinaharbatan mo ko ng bag, ng pera, bininigay ko sa 'yo dahil mahal kita, nirespeto kita.
"Ngayon di mo ako nirerespeto dahil kinakalaban mo anak ko, pati mga apo ko tinatamaan mo. Ngayon Lolit Solis kung matapang ka, hinahamon kita sabihin mo saan, ano'ng oras gusto mo mag-upakan tayo ngayon din, ok sa kin!," Rama told ABS-CBN's Mario Dumaual.

Before, when you were still a maid for Mother Lily, you would beg me to give you bags, to give you money, and I would give them to you because I love you, and I respect you. But now you don't respect me because you're attacking my daughter, even my grandchildren. Now Lolit Solis I'm challenging you, you pick the place, the time; even if you want a fistfight right now, I'm game!)
Two against one
Rama added that Solis threw thirty years of their friendship away because of her comments. Rama said she was particularly offended by Solis' claim that many women go crazy over Bong Revilla because he's "well-endowed", thus implying that it's the same case with Ruffa.
Rama also revealed that she already talked to Lolit Solis and asked her not to stir things up in the media but the latter betrayed their agreement.
She also accused Diaz of deliberately attacking her family in the media.
"Isa ka pa Ogie Diaz humarap ka rin sa akin, lagi mong sinisiraan sina Ruffa at Richard. Kayong dalawa ni Lolit, kayo against me!" she said.
(Face me, Ogie Diaz. You always slander Ruffa and Richard. Both you and Lolit are against me!)
Revilla has declined further comment, saying that the issue between him and Ruffa happened a long time ago. With a report by Mario Dumaual.
