Nawala nang tuluyan si Yilmaz sa buhay ni Ruffa Gutierrez. Bagong taon na bagong taon, walang balita mula sa asawa kaya ayun balik siya sa kanyang pamilyang si Eddie Gutierrez at Annabelle Rama.

NEW YEAR WITHOUT YILMAZ. New Year would still be pretty much the same for Ruffa despite the absence of estranged husband Yilmaz.
"Like always, every year, I always spend it with my family, dog... I'll be with my two kids, my mom, my dad, all the Gutierrez family. Magsasama-sama lang kami sa bahay," Ruffa shared excitedly.
The Gutierrez's way of welcoming the New Year is typical of any Filipino family. "We usually hear mass then we eat ng sama-sama. Pinoy na Pinoy ‘di ba?" Ruffa smiled.
For 2008, Ruffa is more determined to be wise when it comes to her finances. Being a single mom with two adoring daughters undoubtedly altered Ruffa's priorities. "Sana makapag-save ako ng marami. ‘Wag masyadong maging magastos, maging praktikal kasi may dalawa na 'kong anak," she admitted.
Ruffa will be greeting 2008 with a busy schedule. "Third week of January, mag-uumpisa na ko ng bagong soap ko sa ABS-CBN and at the same time mag-uumpisa na rin ako ng movie with my mom, My Monster Mom under Regal Films, and siyempre nasa The Buzz pa rin ako every Sunday."
Like any other hard working celebrity, she wished, "Sana more projects sa 2008."
