The film is a comedy about four half-sisters and how they cope with family issues. In the end, they realize that all they need to do so is love. Gutierrez lays the bratty Isabela, a single mother. Quinto is the carefree Patricia, a sexologist by profession. Iza Calzado portrays the demure and conservative lawyer Stephanie. She secretly buys the book Patricia has written, in an attempt to save her marriage. Rivera portrays Courtney, the youngest, a swim wear/underwear designer engaged to a basketball star.
